These terms apply whenever you use the MB Patil Education website, submit an enquiry, or engage our admission counselling services. By doing any of these, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use our services — you're welcome to contact us with questions first.

MB Patil Education provides admission counselling and guidance for students pursuing MBBS, engineering, and other courses in India and abroad (including Russia, Georgia, Nepal, and Vietnam), with offices in Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Latur, Vapi, and Surat. Our services include guidance on course and college selection, application support, documentation assistance, and coordination with partner institutions.

We provide guidance, information, and support to improve your chances — we do not control, and cannot guarantee, any college or university's admission decision. Eligibility criteria, seat availability, entrance exam results, and each institution's own selection process are outside our control. Any timelines, cutoffs, or outcomes we discuss with you are estimates based on available information, not commitments.

• Provide accurate, complete information (academic records, exam scores, personal details) — incorrect information can affect or invalidate an application
• Meet application deadlines and documentation requests we communicate to you
• Verify final admission, fee, and visa (where applicable) requirements directly with the college/university and relevant authorities before making commitments
• Use our website and services only for their intended purpose, not for anything unlawful or fraudulent

Where our services involve a fee, the amount, schedule, and refund conditions (if any) will be communicated to you directly and separately before you commit to pay — this page doesn't set a fixed fee schedule, since it varies by course, destination, and service level. Any dispute about a specific payment should be raised with your counselling office in the first instance.

Partner colleges and universities are independent institutions, not part of MB Patil Education. Their own terms, fees, policies, and decisions govern your relationship with them once you apply or enrol. We aren't responsible for their acts, omissions, changes in policy, or admission decisions.

By submitting an enquiry, you agree we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS about your enquiry and related admission counselling services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

The MB Patil Education website — its text, design, graphics, and logos — belongs to us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our permission.

We provide our services and website on an "as-is" basis and work in good faith to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or complete at all times (course details, fees, and eligibility criteria can change on the institution's side without notice to us). To the extent permitted by law, MB Patil Education isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or reliance on information we provide — always confirm critical details directly with the relevant institution.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
