MB Patil Education ("we", "us", "our") provides admission counselling services for students pursuing MBBS, engineering, and other courses in India and abroad (including Russia, Georgia, Nepal, and Vietnam), with offices in Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Latur, Vapi, and Surat. This policy explains what personal data we collect from students and parents who enquire about our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you enquire with us — through our website, a phone call, a walk-in visit, or an ad on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google — we may collect:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• City/location and course of interest
• Academic details you choose to share (e.g. exam scores, rank) to help us advise you
• Messages you send us via WhatsApp, our contact forms, or in person

If you submit an enquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta shares the information you entered in that form (typically name, phone number, and email) directly with us so our counselling team can follow up.

• To contact you about admission counselling for courses you've expressed interest in
• To send updates via phone call, WhatsApp, or email about application deadlines, documentation, and next steps
• To route your enquiry to the counselling office nearest you
• To measure which of our ad campaigns (Meta, Google) are generating genuine enquiries, so we can improve them
• Where you proceed with an application, to share your details with the partner college/university you are applying to

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Partner colleges/universities — when you proceed with an application, to process admission
• Meta Platforms & Google — as advertising platforms, to receive lead form submissions and measure campaign performance; see their own privacy policies for how they handle data on their side
• WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) — to send you messages you've agreed to receive
• Service providers who help us run our internal systems (e.g. hosting, database), bound to use data only to provide that service
• Government or regulatory bodies, where required by law

We retain enquiry and student data for as long as needed to provide counselling services and for a reasonable period after to respond to follow-up queries, unless you ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to info@mbpatileducation.com or calling +91 84467 32930. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information protected.

Our services are aimed at prospective college/university students, most of whom are 17 and older. Where a parent or guardian submits an enquiry on behalf of a minor, we treat that submission as made with the parent/guardian's consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the most recent changes.
